Project management process is as follows:

RFQ is downloaded from FTR? website which is then completed by the customer and posted to the data management site with the appropriate data.

The data is reviewed and a completed quote is returned within 1-2 days.

Upon receipt of purchase order, the customer will meet with a program manager who will review the scope of the program and any potential issues.

Simultaneously the mold designers in Shenzhen are developing a concept mold  for the customer to review. This preliminary process is executed within 3-7 days.

Once the concept is finished, the customer will review the design with program management and determine the final direction of the program. Next is the approval for kick off of steel and mold components.

Final design of the mold is finished within 1-2 weeks and then reviewed by program management and the customer. 
mold is completed within a time frame of 4-8 weeks. This includes CMM of steel, as well as the first and second tryout of the mold.

The mold is shipped to the states, either by sea or air.

In china,Our engineer partners are in the workshop when the mold are made and all engineering changes and issues are completed.

Before The mold is shipped to the customer and it is optimized on site by a FTR professional. 

mold is warranted for 1 year after shipment to plant (optional).
