An integrated approach made it simpler, more cost-effective and time-efficient for First-rate mold company. The designs of the hot half were formatted and attached to the mold base once it was completed. In doing this, supplier and mold shop were able to optimize the mold cooling for a better part, and shave time off the cycle times.
